GENERAL MANAGER - Manchester
Apply now >Tiki Hideaway & Mean-Eyed Cat Bar landed in Manchester’s Northern Quarter in September 2023, and we’re on the lookout for a General Manager to take the venue to the next level! Born in Leeds but a new venue to Manchester, Tiki Hideaway is a Polynesian themed Hidden Bar, with amazing cocktails & a vibe that won’t be beaten! The role would also lead Mean-Eyed Cat, a Deep South Dive Bar taking inspiration from Johnny Cash and the greats.
We’re looking to hire to hire an exceptional individual to work alongside our current teams in Leeds, Liverpool, and of course Manchester, whilst learning the ropes of Escapism Bars with our Management Training Academy.
Experience preferred;
- 2 Years of GM in a high volume bar setting
- Personal licence and Food safety Level 2
What’s included:
- 48 Hours per week
- 34k Salary with opportunities for Bonus after 6 month probation
- A share of tips through TipJar
- 4 team trips a year and lots of other juicy little perks.
