Flynn Byrne

Head of Learning & Development

Flynn is a full-on people person and master motivator! He introduced Escapism’s ‘Barback to Boardroom’ initiative, giving our bartenders opportunities to grow within the company and become a trainer, a general manager or a sales manager.

Calum Anderson

Drinks Development Manager

Calum, previously General Manager at The Maven shares his vast experience and cocktail knowledge across all our seven brands.

We are on the lookout for an assistant manager to join Mean-Eyed Cat Bar Liverpool!

The role requires leadership and dedication, as you will take responsibility for the smooth running of one of our bars. You’ll need to thrive under pressure, particularly during peak times when things can get hectic. 

In return, you’ll benefit from a competitive salary at £29,000 per year, uncapped monthly bonus scheme, and a hearty share of take-home tips. There are also endless opportunities for development and progression, with quarterly team away days and management trips to boot.
